My name is Sik, and I am an incoming Assistant Professor at the Wisconsin School of Business, University of Wisconsin-Madison.

We are living through a shift in which algorithm-driven technologies are changing how humans interact, an essential soruce of human learning and performance. This sparks my curiosity about how algorithms shape social interactions among humans. 

Empirically, I study the impact of algorithm-assisted evaluation on social interaction during collaboration in software development using GitHub dataset. Additionally, using Instagram datasets, I examine how the social interaction of humans influence algorithm learning.
